A full replacement isn't a patch on top of an old roof. We build a brand new roofing system from the ground up: damaged decking replaced, full synthetic underlayment installed, and dimensional shingles laid to manufacturer spec.

Old shingles, old felt, all of it — stripped down to bare decking. Any rotted or soft boards get replaced before anything new goes down. We don't build on top of a problem.

A full synthetic underlayment goes down next — every seam, every fastener point sealed tight. This is the layer that keeps water out long before a single shingle is laid.

Dimensional shingles installed to manufacturer spec — correct nailing pattern and clean flashing. Every roof we replace gets an upgrade to Class 3 impact-rated shingles. We also make sure the ventilation is the right amount for the size of your home, so your roof and attic can breathe the way they should.

This is the step most crews rush. We don't.

You deserve to know what you're paying for before work begins. We provide a written scope, explain material options and payment expectations, and keep you informed as your project moves forward.

If hidden damage is discovered during the removal, we document it and discuss the necessary work and costs with you.

Our roof replacements include a 5-year workmanship warranty under its written terms. We explain coverage alongside the applicable manufacturer warranty, so you understand how your investment is protected and who to contact if a concern comes up.

Recent projects have used Owens Corning TruDef Duration and Atlas ProLam shingles, each with a Class 3 impact rating.

A replacement makes sense when the problems are widespread, or when the roof has simply reached the end of its useful life. Common signs include:

• The roof is old. Many asphalt shingle roofs reach the end of their life somewhere around 20 to 30 years, depending on the shingle and conditions.
• Storm damage covers large areas of the roof, such as hail or wind damage across several slopes.
• Shingles are curling, cracking, or losing granules across much of the roof.
• You're dealing with repeated leaks, or repairs keep adding up without solving the problem.
• The decking underneath is soft, sagging, or damaged.
