1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging 4P Roofing for roofing services in Burleson, Fort Worth, or surrounding areas in Texas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, including residential and commercial property owners requesting roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, metal roofing, or related roofing services.

2. Services Provided

4P Roofing provides professional roofing services including but not limited to:

• Roof repair and emergency roof repair services
• Complete roof replacement
• New roof installation for residential and commercial properties
• Metal roofing installation
• Roof inspections and estimates
• Storm damage assessment and repair
• Insurance claim assistance

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by 4P Roofing are free and non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during the roofing project, such as hidden structural damage, additional repairs needed, or changes to the project scope requested by the customer.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the signed contract for each roofing project. Generally, payment schedules may include a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments during the project, and final payment upon completion and customer approval. We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, and offer financing options for qualified customers.

5. Warranties

4P Roofing provides workmanship warranties on all installation and repair work. Specific warranty terms vary by project and will be detailed in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply as specified by the product manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and may require inspection of the work.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and roofing needs
• Ensure access to the property for inspections and work
• Remove or protect personal property that may be affected by roofing work
• Notify 4P Roofing of any concerns or issues promptly
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
• Maintain homeowners insurance as applicable

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a roofing project before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or crew scheduling has occurred. Once work has begun, cancellation fees may apply to cover work completed and materials used.

8. Liability and Insurance

4P Roofing maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions not discovered during initial inspection, damage caused by extreme weather events during the project, or consequential damages beyond the scope of the roofing work performed.

9. Service Area

4P Roofing primarily serves Burleson TX, Fort Worth TX, and surrounding areas in Johnson County and Tarrant County. Service availability outside this area will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from roofing services provided by 4P Roofing will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law, conducted in Johnson County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

4P Roofing reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
